Abstract

Communication method between computer systems for exchanging trade transaction data, which registers the records of a form/voucher on the activity table so that to depict how it affects the issuer and how it affects the receiver of a form. By this method, the activity table can be used equally by the two parties. Two or more programs, running on behalf of different companies, can use the same database or parts thereof. So it is not necessary to develop complex bridge connections between programs, the only requirement is to keep the database mirroring. The method simplifies the registration and manipulation procedure for trade-transaction records, so that all trade transactions of many companies can be registered by this method in a centraldatabase and the records can be presented depending on the party.
