Abstract

The present work describes a class of sensors, capable of measuring the intensity of weak magnetostatic fields, which contains magnetic films showing nearly - isotropic behavior and low demegnetization factor along any direction in the film plane that being subjected to technical magnitization by means of a rotating excitation field, exhibit super-paramagnetic behavior, facilitating the development of intergrated or discrete manetometers with 10(5) A/m measuring accuracy at 1 Hz frequency bandwidth using either galvanometric devices, or HALL devices, as signal - detection media.
