Abstract

The invention relates to a technological method destined for the exploitation of the biological treatment of sludge via thermal treatment with precise added mineral raw materials into a special furnace composed of two rotary sections set on two different levels and of one intermediate firm section connecting said levels for the production of hydraulic cement ( clinker cement and hydrated gypsum) widely used in the construction domain; this method enables the drastic restriction of adverse environmental consequences as well as the viability of the production process.
