Abstract

Πρόκειται για την παραγωγή προτεντωμένης και μη τρυπημένης ταινίας από πολυαιθυλένιο ή άλλα παρεμφερή υλικά, κατά μήκος της οποίας υπάρχουν πολλαπλά ενσωματωμένα πλεγμένα νήματα ενίσχυσης. Οι μέθοδοι παραγωγής της είναι οι ακόλουθες. Γίνεται με παράλληλα κανάλια στα οποία το φιλμ τεντώνεται τοπικά κατά την TD, και αφού οδηγηθούν τα νήματα του διχτύου εντός των καναλιών γίνεται το τελικό τέντωμα στην MD, κατ΄το οποίο οι ραβδώδεις λειτουργούν σαν θηλιές, ούτως ώστε τα νήματα να εγλωβίζονται και να ενσωματώνονται με τη βασική μεμβράνη. Κατ' επέκταση μπορεί να γίνει και θερμική επεξεργασία, κατά την οποία το δίχτυ και η μεμβράνη θερμαίνονταικαι κατόπιν συμπιέζονται. Επιπρόσθετη διαδικασίααποτελεί και η επίστρωση λεπτού στρώματος κόλλας στη μία επιφάνεια της μεμβράνης, κατόπιν της προαναφερθείσας διαδικασίας ενίσχυσής της.
