Abstract

The invention relates to a chimney oven (1) consisted of a top ordinary or stainless hollow or square sheet metal, a front door (2) which is connected to the oven (1) by two pins (4) facilitating the opening and closure of the door, the handle (8) used, in parallel, as a support, the closure lock (9) that seals the oven and the thermometer (10). The chimney oven allows the checking, inter alia, of food and bread during baking by opening of the door (2), thus avoiding the food from coming in contact with ash. The supports (7) create a space enabling the placement of charcoal under the oven to cook the food. The top of the oven has the provision (6) whereon the charcoal may be positioned.
