Abstract

παρούσα ανακάλυψη περιγράφει μία φθηνή μέθοδο υψηλής αποδόσεως για τον καθαρισμό των υδατικών αποβλήτων ελαιουργείων εν όψει: (1) της άμεσης χρήσης των αποβλήτων για αγροτικούς σκοπούς και (2) γιατην απομόνωση ουσιών υψηλής προστιθέμενης αξίας. Τύρφη, σκόνη και πριονίδι και άμμος συνδιάζονται για την παραγωγή του φίλτρου του πρώτου σταδίου, το υδατικό προϊόν του οποίου μπορεί κατ' ευθείαν ή μετά από διάλυση με νερό σε ίσους όγκους, να χρησιμοποιηθεί για αγροτικές χρήσεις. Περιγράφεται επίσης μια δεύτερη διαδικασία, στην οποία, το υδατικό προϊόν του πρώτου σταδίου, όπως αναφέρεται ανωτέρω διηθείται δια μέσου συστήματος δύο φίλτρων ρητινών (κατιονικών, μικτών ή PVPP). Το υδατικό προϊόν της διαδικασίας αυτής μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως ανωτέρω για αγροτικές χρήσεις, ενώ, δια της εκλούσεως των ρητινών με οργανικούς διαλύτες απομονώνονται επίσης αντιοξειδωτικές βιοφαινόλες, που αποτελούν προϊόνται υψηλής προστιθέμενης αξίας. Οι ρητίνες μπορούν να επαναχρησιμοποιηθούν μετά από την ανωτέρω εκχύλιση. ΰ
