Abstract

he invention relates to a plastic sheet for soil covering that can be used for covering plants in linear plantation such as the asparagus, the water melon, strawberry and other. In these cultivations it is necessary that the plastic sheet that covers them combines both rigid retention over the plantation line as well as the ability to be raised easily on a daily basis for revealing the plantation line and performing the necessary cultivation work. The plastic sheet for soil covering with the protected tubes for water reception (1) bears at its two ends protected plastic tubes for the reception of water (9) each of which is enclosed into a protective tube (10), both of which are formed by the same initial plastic sheet (in one single production process with the combination of different thermal welding, linear cutting and folding techniques). During its use, the two protected tubes for water retention (9) are filed with water thus obtaining the necessary weight for the retention of theplastic sheet for soil covering. The plastic sheet for soil covering with protected tubes for the reception of water (1) can also offer the option of a protective tube (10) at each end along its length as a case for the reception of soil as a weightfor the retention to the linear plantations of vegetables.
