Abstract

The invention relates to a method applicable for the rolling of rolled cigarette's filters. The rolling steps are the following: 1) folding of the internal trapezium-like paper section forming a paper cylinder; 2) folding of the remaining paper at the base of which the cylinder is connected, starting from the rolled paper cylinder. The invented filter differentiates from the ordinary one in that it contains inside a smaller filter. Being compact, the filter in question improves filtering and prevents the contact of the smokers with the tobacco pieces, while smoking.

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση είναι νέα, δεν ανήκει στην στάθμη της τεχνικής και αφορά μέθοδο περιτυλίξεως φίλτρου για κάπνισμα καπνού σε μη βιομηχανικό (στριφτό) τσιγάρο, δηλαδή χρησιμοποιείται κατά την παρασκευή του στριφτού τσιγάρου. The present invention is new, does not belong to the state of the art and concerns a method of wrapping a filter for smoking tobacco in a non-industrial (twisted) cigarette, i.e. it is used during the manufacture of the twisted cigarette.

Ταυτόχρονα το υλικό του χαρτιού είναι απολύτως οικολογικό. Το επιστόμιο του φίλτρου είναι διαμορφωμένο, έτσι ώστε να μην επιτρέπει την εισπνοή των τριμμάτων-ρινισμάτων του καπνού. Επιτυγχάνεται καλύτερο φιλτράρισμα του καπνού, ενώ το φίλτρο είναι πιο σταθερό-πυκνό και συμπαγές σε σχέση με τα αντίστοιχα του είδους του. Με την συγκεκριμένη εφεύρεση παρουσιάζεται ένας τρόπος περιτυλίξεως του χάρτινου φίλτρου, ώστε να συγκρατεί τον καπνό, αλλά και να αποδίδει καλύτερη ποσότητα και ποιότητα καπνού στον χρήστη του τσιγάρου. Τοποθετείται στο ένα άκρο του τσιγάρου ως επιστόμιο, από όπου εισπνέεται περκπασιακά ο καπνός, που παράγεται. Η ίδια λειτουργία επιτελείται και με τις παραλλαγές του χάρτινου φίλτρου, όπως παρουσιάζονται στις αξιώσεις. It is placed at one end of the cigarette as a mouthpiece, from where the smoke produced is inhaled. The same function is performed with the variations of the paper filter as presented in the claims.
