Abstract

Novelty: a leather-coated thermoplastic rubber insole provided with transversal rows of holes is disclosed. Advantages: 1) the thermoplastic rubber has anti-shock properties and is suitable for use in reflexology; 2) the use of leather coating (instead of fabric) endows the invented insole with durability, deters intense perspiration and accumulation of microbes while protecting the foot sole from friction; 3) the holes formed at the level of the toes and foot arch keep the foot in dry and aerated condition.
