Abstract
Compared to the previous state of art, the invention disclosed herein is absolutely original because it is steadily placed at a precise point under the sea with no visible moving parts. A ball and a shaft are set under the sea water; the hypsometric difference caused either by waving or by currents urges the ball to reciprocate and push the magnet the magnetic field of which should be able to stimulate the coil in use.
