«ΣΥΣΤΑΤΙΚΟ ΠΑ ΤΗΝ ΠΑΡΑΓΩΓΗ ΚΑΛΛΥΝΤΙΚΩΝ ΠΡΟΙΟΝΤΩΝ» "INGREDIENT IN THE PRODUCTION OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS"
Το τεχνικό πεδίο στο οποίο αναφέρεται η εφεύρεση αφορά την παραγωγή συστατικών (πρώτων υλών και μειγμάτων) που χρησιμοποιούνται στη βιομηχανική παραγωγή εκπλενόμενων και μη-εκπλενόμενων καλλυντικών προϊόντων. The technical field to which the invention refers concerns the production of ingredients (raw materials and mixtures) used in the industrial production of rinse-off and non-rinse-off cosmetic products.
Προτού της εφεύρεσης του συγκεκριμένου μίγματος υλικών, προκειμένου για την απόδοση προστατευτικής, ήπιας αντισηπτικής και αποσμητικής δράσης στα εκπλενόμενα και μη-εκπλενόμενα καλλυντικά προϊόντα χρησιμοποιούταν το Triclosan [CAS 3380-34-5, με χημικό όνομα: 5-chloro-2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)phenol or 2,4,4'-trichloro-2'-hydroxy-diphenyl ether], το οποίο έχει αμφισβητούμενη ασφάλεια τόσο για την υγεία του καταναλωτή όσο και για το περιβάλλον. Ορισμένες μελέτες αναφέρουν την ανθεκτικότητα του συγκεκριμένου συστατικού σε διάφορα είδη μικροοργανισμών, γεγονός το οποίο μπορεί να αποτελέσει απειλή για την υγεία και την ασφάλεια του καταναλωτή αλλά και διάφορες ανεπιθύμητες επιπτώσεις στο περιβάλλον και στο υδάτινο οικοσύστημα. Τα πλεονεκτήματα της εφεύρεσης είναι ότι δεν χρησιμοποιεί το συστατικό Triclosan του οποίου η ασφάλεια είναι αμφισβητούμενη και αποτελεί αντικείμενο έρευνας. Ο τρόπος ενσωμάτωσης των τριών συστατικών στο παραγόμενο δείγμα ποικίλει ανάλογα με το τελικό προϊόν.
