Abstract

Novelty: an automatic dispenser meant for the management and supply of liquid foodstuff is disclosed. Technical features: a tank having an internal membrane made of a specific film adequate for foodstuff and replaceable each time the cistern is emptied; a remote control system which is destined for the management of the tank’s content and is furnished with a paging system operating via the cellular telephony network and an anti-thief system deterring malicious acts via an integral electronic arrangement actuated in case of door’s breaking; a sterilization system acting in 3 phases: at the exit when the liquid is exiting from the tank, at the nozzle replenishing the recipient of the consumer while a third optional phase aiming at the sterilization of the consumer’s recipient is also foreseen.

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ DESCRIPTION

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στην κατασκευή μηχανήματος διαχείρισης και διάθεσης υγρών τροφίμων. Πρόκειται για ένα πρωτοποριακό μηχάνημα το οποίο με μία ελεγχόμενη και αυτοματοποιημένη διαδικασία τροφοδοτεί τον καταναλωτή με υγρά τρόφιμα όπως νερό, γάλα, λάδι, εκχυλίσματα φρούτων, χυμούς κ.λ,π.. The invention refers to the construction of a liquid food handling and disposal machine. It is an innovative machine which, with a controlled and automated process, supplies the consumer with liquid food such as water, milk, oil, fruit extracts, juices, etc.

Το μηχάνημα χρησιμοποιείται για την πώληση υγρών τροφίμων σε χύμα μορφή και μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί σε χώρους συνάθροισης κοινού, πολυκαταστήματα, αίθουσες εκδηλώσεων, σε δημόσιους χώρους όπως νοσοκομεία, στρατόπεδα, δημόσιες υπηρεσίες κ.λ.π.. The machine is used to sell liquid food in bulk and can be placed in public gathering places, department stores, event halls, public places such as hospitals, camps, public services, etc.

Η λειτουργία του στηρίζεται στη χρήση κερματοδέκτη που ενεργοποιεί τις διαδικασίες του μηχανήματος οι οποίες εξασφαλίζουν την υγιεινή και ασφάλεια των τροφίμων. Η λειτουργία του μηχανήματος είναι πολύ απλή. Ρίχνοντας κέρμα στον κερματοδέκτη τίθεται σε λειτουργία το μηχάνημα και τροφοδοτείται με συγκεκριμένη ποσότητα υγρού τροφίμου ο χρήστης. Ο χρήστης πρέπει να έχει δικό του δοχείο για την τροφοδότηση του υγρού τροφίμου και με την είσοδο του αντίστοιχου κέρματος στον κερματοδέκτη επιλέγει την ποσότητα που επιθυμεί να τροφοδοτηθεί από το μηχάνημα. Το υγρό τρόφιμο είναι αποθηκευμένο σε κατάλληλη δεξαμενή η οποία έχει εσωτερική μεμβράνη κατασκευασμένη από ειδικό φιλμ κατάλληλο για τρόφιμα. Το μηχάνημα έχει σύστημα ελέγχου και τηλεχειρισμού του περιεχομένου της δεξαμενής με σύστημα τηλεειδοποίησης μέσω του δικτύου κινητής τηλεφωνίας καθώς και αντικλεπτικό σύστημα που αποτρέπει τις κακόβουλες ενέργειες. Επίσης έχει σύστημα αποστείρωσης σε τρεις φάσεις. Η πρώτη φάση γίνεται με συσκευή αποστείρωσης στην έξοδο του υγρού από τη δεξαμενή, η δεύτερη φάση αποστείρωσης γίνεται στο ακροφύσιο - στόμιο με το οποίο γίνεται η πλήρωση του δοχείου του καταναλωτή - χρήστη και η τρίτη φάση αποστείρωσης είναι προαιρετική και αφορά την αποστείρωση του δοχείου του χρήστη. Το μηχάνημα έχει τέσσερα πρωτοποριακά χαρακτηριστικά τα οποία χρήζουν κατοχύρωσης και αποτελούν τις αξιώσεις του Διπλώματος Ευρεσιτεχνίας. The machine has four innovative features which require patenting and are the claims of the Patent.

Το πρώτο χαρακτηριστικό είναι ότι η δεξαμενή του υγρού τροφίμου φέρει εσωτερική μεμβράνη κατασκευασμένη από ειδικό φιλμ κατάλληλο για τρόφιμα. Η μεμβράνη αυτή είναι εναλλάξιμη δηλαδή μετά από κάθε άδειασμα της δεξαμενής γίνεται αντικατάσταση με καινούργια. Με την χρήση της μεμβράνης διασφαλίζεται η ποιότητα του τροφίμου διότι κατά τη λειτουργία του μηχανήματος είναι αδύνατο να υπάρχουν οποιεσδήποτε εξωτερικές επιδράσεις από το περιβάλλον στο τρόφιμο. Η εναλαξιμότητα της μεμβράνης αποκλείει κάθε επίδραση στην ποιότητα του τροφίμου κατά τη διαδικασία πλήρωσης της δεξαμενής. Οι σημαντικότερες επιδράσεις στην ποιότητα σε δεξαμενές αποθήκευσης και διανομής τροφίμων εμφανίζονται όταν γίνεται η πλήρωση των δεξαμενών διότι κατά τη διαδικασία της πλήρωσης είναι πολύ εύκολο να αναπτυχθούν μικροοργανισμοί και μικρόβια επικίνδυνα για τα τρόφιμα. The interchangeability of the membrane excludes any effect on the quality of the food during the process of filling the tank. The most significant effects on quality in food storage and distribution tanks occur when the tanks are filled because during the filling process it is very easy for microorganisms and microbes dangerous to food to grow.

Επίσης χωρίς τη χρήση της μεμβράνης θα πρέπει να γίνεται απολύμανση της δεξαμενής η οποία εγκυμονεί πολλούς κινδύνους. Με τη χρήση της μεμβράνης διασφαλίζεται επίσης η σταθερή πίεση λειτουργίας του μηχανήματος με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε σταθερή τροφοδοσία του υγρού τροφίμου. Εξωτερικά της μεμβράνης και μεταξύ δεξαμενής και μεμβράνης διοχετεύεται αέρας μέσω ενός κομπρεσέρ και με αυτό τον τρόπο όταν μειώνεται ο όγκος του υγρού τροφίμου το οποίο βρίσκεται εντός της μεμβράνης διατηρείται σταθερή η πίεση τροφοδοσίας. Η χρήση της μεμβράνης διασφαλίζει επίσης την δυνατότητα να χρησιμοποιείται το μηχάνημα εναλλακπκά για διάφορα υγρά τρόφιμα. Δηλαδή το ίδιο μηχάνημα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για νερό, γάλα κ,λ.π. αλλάζοντας ο χρήστης μόνο την μεμβράνη της δεξαμενής. Το δεύτερο πρωτοποριακό χαρακτηριστικό του μηχανήματος είναι το όπ φέρει σύστημα ελέγχου και τηλεχειρισμού του περιεχομένου της δεξαμενής με σύστημα τηλεειδοποίησης μέσω του δικτύου κινητής τηλεφωνίας. Το ηλεκτρονικό αυτό σύστημα ελέγχει τη στάθμη της δεξαμενής και όταν το περιεχόμενο πέσει κάτω από ένα καθορισμένο όριο δίνει σήμα στο κινητό τηλέφωνο του κατόχου του μηχανήματος για να γίνει επανσπλήρωση της δεξαμενής. Συγκεκριμένα υπάρχει μία ηλεκτρονική διάταξη ενσωματωμένη στη δεξαμενή η οποία ενεργοποιείται μόλις γίνει διάρρηξη της πόρτας του μηχανήματος. Μέσω της ηλεκτρονικής διάταξης ενεργοποιείται μία αντλία απώθησης και ακαριαία γίνεται εκτόξευση του περιεχομένου της δεξαμενής προς την κατεύθυνση του ατόμου που έκανε την παραβίαση. Με αυτό τον τρόπο αποτρέπεται η δολιοφθορά του μηχανήματος. Ταυτόχρονα μέσω του συστήματος τηλεειδοποίησης δίνεται σήμα στο κινητό τηλέφωνο του κατόχου του μηχανήματος για την προσπάθεια παραβίασης. Η ενεργοποίηση του αντικλεππκού συστήματος γίνεται με μαγνητικούς αισθητήρες μόνο όταν ανοίγει η πόρτα του μηχανήματος χωρίς κλειδί. The third innovative feature of the machine is that it has an anti-theft system that prevents malicious actions. In particular, there is an electronic device integrated in the tank which is activated as soon as the door of the machine is breached. Through the electronic device, a repulsion pump is activated and the contents of the tank are instantly ejected in the direction of the person who committed the violation. In this way sabotage of the machine is prevented. At the same time, through the paging system, a signal is given to the mobile phone of the owner of the machine for the attempted violation. The anti-theft system is activated by magnetic sensors only when the machine door is opened without a key.

Το τέταρτο πρωτοποριακό χαρακτηριστικό του μηχανήματος είναι όπ φέρει σύστημα αποστείρωσης σε τρεις φάσεις. Η πρώτη φάση γίνεται με συσκευή αποστείρωσης στην έξοδο του υγρού από τη δεξαμενή η οποία είναι συνεχούς λειτουργίας. Το υγρό τρόφιμο κατά την έξοδό του από τη δεξαμενή αποστειρώνεται και μετά διοχετεύεται στο ακροφύσιο. Η δεύτερη φάση αποστείρωσης γίνεται στο ακροφύσιο - στόμιο με το οποίο γίνεται η πλήρωση του δοχείου του καταναλωτή - χρήστη. Όταν ο χρήστης εισάγει το κέρμα στο μηχάνημα δίνεται εντολή και αποστειρώνεται το στόμιο για να απολυμανθεί από πιθανά μικρόβια λόγω του όπ μπορεί να έχει μεσολαβήσει ικανό χρονικό διάστημα από τον προηγούμενο χρήστη. Η τρίτη φάση αποστείρωσης είναι προαιρεπκή και αφορά την αποστείρωση του δοχείου του χρήστη. Εάν ο χρήστης το επιθυμεί μπορεί με ένα επιπλέον κόστος να αποστειρώσει το δοχείο του στο οποίο θα διοχετευθεί το προϊόν. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση δίνοντας τη σχεπκή εντολή στον πίνακα ελέγχου του μηχανήματος και εισάγοντας το συμπληρωματικό κέρμα, τοποθετεί το δοχείο του στην ειδική υποδοχή και στη συνέχεια το μηχάνημα πριν την πλήρωση του δοχείου κάνει την αποστείρωσή του. The fourth innovative feature of the machine is that it has a sterilization system in three phases. If the user wishes, he can, at an additional cost, sterilize the container into which the product will be poured. In this case, by giving the appropriate command to the machine's control panel and inserting the additional coin, he places his container in the special slot and then the machine, before filling the container, sterilizes it.

Το μηχάνημα είναι πολύ απλό στη λειτουργία του και καλύπτει όλες πς σχετικές απαιτήσεις της Ελληνικής και της Ευρωπαϊκής νομοθεσίας. Το μηχάνημα σχεδιάζεται και κατασκευάζεται κατά τρόπο ώστε η χρήση του να μη θέτει σε κίνδυνο τους χρήστες, όταν αυτό χρησιμοποιείται υπό πς συνθήκες και για τους σκοπούς που έχει προβλεφθεί. Claims

1. Automatic liquid food handling and disposal machine with a tank that has an internal membrane made of a special film suitable for food. This membrane is replaceable, i.e. after each emptying of the tank it is replaced with a new one. By using the membrane, the quality and safety of the food is ensured, as well as the constant operating pressure of the machine, resulting in a constant supply of liquid food. The use of the membrane also ensures the possibility of using the machine alternatively for different liquid foods so that the same machine can be used for water, milk, etc. the user changing only the membrane of the tank.

2. Automatic liquid food handling and dispensing machine with an internal membrane tank according to claim 1, which has a system for controlling and remotely controlling the contents of the tank with a paging system via the mobile network. This electronic system checks the level of the tank and when the content drops below a set limit it signals the mobile phone of the owner of the machine to refill the tank.

3. An automatic liquid food handling and dispensing machine with an internal membrane tank according to claim 1, which has an anti-theft system that prevents malicious actions by means of an electronic device integrated in the tank which is activated when the door of the machine is breached. A thrust pump is activated and the contents of the tank are instantly ejected in the direction of the trespasser. In this way sabotage of the machine is prevented. At the same time, through the paging system, a signal is given to the mobile phone of the owner of the machine for the attempted violation. The anti-theft system is activated by magnetic sensors only when the machine door is opened without a key.

The first phase is done with a sterilization device at the exit of the liquid from the tank which is in continuous operation. The second sterilization phase takes place in the nozzle - orifice with which the consumer - user container is filled. In this case, by giving the relevant command to the machine's control panel and inserting the additional coin, he places his container in the special slot and then the machine, before filling the container, sterilizes it.
