The innovation of the invention concerns the individual functions of the device but also the combination between them, with functions from photovoltaic generators.
To achieve its 1st function, the invention uses: the differential switch (2), the three-way solenoid valve (3), the deaerator (6), the circulator (7), the flow regulator (8), the filling system (9 ), the safety valve (10), the photovoltaic panels (11,12,13), the temporary container (14), the box (15) and finally the sensors (16,18).
The photovoltaic panel (11) energizes the differential switch (2). The photovoltaic panel (12) energizes the pump (7) through a command given by the differential switch (2). The photovoltaic panel (13) energizes the three-way solenoid valve (3) through a command given by the electronic cooling device (1).
ΣΧ (1) In a thermal power generation system device (A) heats the fluid of the closed hydraulic circuit connecting device (A) to device (B). In the device (A) there is a temperature sensor (16) placed inside. The sensor (18) is also located in the device (B). The differential switch (2) receives data from both sensors so when the sensor (16) is at a higher temperature than sensor (18), then the differential switch (2) gives an operation command to the pump (7). The circulator (7) transfers through the liquid of the hydraulic circuit the thermal energy produced by the device (A) to the device (B) by performing the path (B2), (3a), (3c), (6), (7), ( 8), (9), (10), (10a), (A1), (A2), (K1), (14), (K2), (K3), (B1) and (B2). FIG (1)
Thus, device (B) is heated by energy produced by device (A).
The deaerator (6) gradually removes during its operation any air bubbles found in the hydraulic circuit.
With the flow regulator (8) we can adjust the quantity and speed of the liquid flowing in the closed hydraulic circuit.
The filling system (9) serves to initially fill the hydraulic circuit quickly. The safety valve (10) is used in the case where the system pressure rises above the resistance limits of the individual components, so it opens and relieves the excess pressure. The temporary container (14) serves to quickly deaerate the hydraulic circuit when filling it.
To achieve its 2nd Function the invention uses: the electronic cooling device (1), the differential switch (2), the three-way solenoid valve (3), the air-water exchanger (4), the fan (5), the deaerator ( 6), the circulator (7), the flow regulator (8), the filling system (9), the safety valve (10), the photovoltaic panels (11,12,13), the temporary container (14), the box (15) and finally the sensors (16,17,18).
ΣΧ(1). The invention works as a continuation of the 1st Operation, moving to its second phase as follows: When the electronic cooling device (1) reads through the sensor (17) a certain temperature that we have preset as the maximum operating temperature of the thermal system, then the electronic cooling device (1) gives an operating command to the three-way solenoid valve (3) to turn and drive the fan (5), so the liquid in the closed circuit circulates from the device (A) outlet (A2) through the exchanger (5), deaerator ( 6), circulator (7), flow regulator (8), the filling system (9), safety valve (10) cooled before returning again to the device (A) performing the route (A2), (KI), (14), (K2), (4), (3b), (3c), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (10a), (Al), (A2). FIG(1).
In this way, we have the possibility to set a maximum temperature in the device (B) without vaporizing the liquid in our hydraulic circuit (which usually happens in the rest of the systems on the market that do not have a heat sink) because we adjust the temperature in the sensor (16 ) to be greater than the temperature in sensor (18) placing the temperature of sensor (17) slightly above that of (18). For example temperature at (18) 60° C, at (16) 100° C and at (17) 88° C. Thus the differential switch (2) always recognizes a temperature difference between sensors (16) and (18) and gives operation command to the circulator (7) without the electronic cooling device allowing the temperature in the container to rise above 88°C since when the container reaches this temperature the liquid is recirculated cooled by the exchanger (4) and the fan (5) ) in device (A) as described above. With this arrangement, the heat generation circuit remains in a state of readiness so that at the first demand at the point of storage or use (B) the system can respond immediately by turning back again the triode to send the heated liquid from the system (A) to the storage device (B).
