Abstract

Novelty: the invention relates to an electronic medicine administration pump and especially to syringe and volumetric pumps portable or point-of-care pumps) is disclosed. Technical features: the invented pump offers the following possibilities: 1) warning about the device replacement according to the establishment΄s practice; 2) voice confirmation of the medicine name; 3) warning about the incompatibility of the medicine in case of multiple simultaneous administrations to the same patient; 4) calculation and registering of the total volume of liquids in case of multiple simultaneous administrations to the same patient. Embodiment: the invention finds application to sectors such as intensive care services, surgical services, oncological services, paediatric services, hematologic services etc.
