Abstract

Μηχανή αυτόματου ψησίματος για σουβλάκια, λουκάνικα και οτιδήποτε με παρόμοιο σχήμα, που αποτελείται σύμφωνα με το σχ. 1 από μεταλλικό πλαίσιο (1) εντός του οποίου έχουν τοποθετηθεί μεταλλικοί ράβδοι (2) οι οποίοι κινούνται προς την ίδια κατεύθυνση παίρνοντας κίνηση από χαμηλών στροφών ηλεκτροκινητήρα (3). Η συγκεκριμένη μηχανή απαλλάσσει το χρήστη από την συνεχή επίβλεψη και επιτυγχάνει ομοιόμορφο ψήσιμο και καλύτερο γευστικό αποτέλεσμα. Είναι δυνατή η εφαρμογή της σε υφιστάμενες ή καινούριες εστίες ψησίματος χωρίς να δεσμεύει κατά αποκλειστικότητα τον ωφέλιμο χώρο τους, αφού μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και ως απλή σχάρα, όταν η περιστροφή δεν είναι απαραίτητη.
