Abstract

Novelty: a dividable exercising bar equipped with four pressure springs is disclosed. Constitution function mode: two separate bars liable to be utilized either separately as dumb-bells or screwed together as a single exercising bar; the trainee presses inwardly (α) or outwardly (β) -via the cylindrical handle (3)- the pressure springs (2) so that plural muscular groups can be simultaneously trained with the same type of exercises.
