Abstract

Πρόκειται για φαγώσιμο προϊόν που παρασκευάζεται από ζύμη για παξιμάδι, η οποία, λόγω των συστατικών της και της ωρίμανσής της, είναι σκληρή και τοποθετείται σε ειδικά καλούπια και αφού ψηθεί, παίρνει το σχήμα κούπας ή άλλων γεωμετρικών σχημάτων - σκευών σε διαφορετικά μεγέθη. Είναι τραγανή και περιέχει διαφορετικές γεύσεις. Το πλεονέκτημα της παξιμαδόκουπας είναι ότι δεν έχει τη συνηθισμένη μορφή και μέγεθος και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως σκεύος φαγητού ή σαλάτας και ταυτόχρονα να καταναλωθεί ως φαγώσιμο με διαφορετικές γεύσεις.
