Abstract

Διάταξη επεξεργασίας ελαιωδών αποβλήτων (23), κατά Marpol, σε συνθήκες αστικού περιβάλλοντος, η οποία διαχωρίζει πρωτογενές υλικό, με χαμηλό (ή και υψηλό) σημείο αναφλέξεως, σε ανακτώμενα αφυδατωμένα έλαια υψηλής καθαρότητας υψηλού σημείου αναφλέξεως, καθαρισμένο ύδωρ και στερεά απόβλητα. Αυτό επιτυγχάνεται χάριν στην συνεργεία 6 επί μέρους διατάξεων που βρίσκονται σε σύνδεση και ενεργειακή ζεύξη, σε περίκλειστες συνθήκες (28) που εξασφαλίζουν συγκράτηση οσμών, και της προεπεξεργασίας (30) του πρωτογενούς υλικού, προ της διατάξεως φυγοκέντρισης (31). Η διάταξη αυτή (30) εξασφαλίζει, βελτιστοποιώντας την δράση των χημικών προσθέτων, τον τελικό διαχωρισμό και διάσπαση γαλακτοποιημένων μειγμάτων, λόγω της θερμικής επεξεργασίας και της αναδεύσεως, με χρήση ενός δευτέρου, εξωτερικού, κυκλώματος κυκλοφορίας και χρήση επικλινούς δεξαμενής (20), το οποίο διαθέτει ένα σύστημα εκχύσεως, τρισδιάστατης αναδεύσεως, με ανάπτυγμα δενδρίτη (10) και περιοχή αναδεύσεως συγκεντρώσεως (41).
