Abstract

The invention relates to a decorative aluminium profile (1) which is adequately designed to cooperate with itself in a vertical or horizontal sequence, potentially giving the appearance of a decorative scotia moulding of varying dimensions able to be filled -if desired- with various decorative filling materials (e.g. aluminium profile 10, Bond 11 etc) of varying dimensions and colours. Different decorative applications on both door faces (internal and external face of indoor doors, entrance doors, security doors, blinded doors etc) are achieved upon assembly of the extended projection (6) of the profile (1) either inside the flute (3) or inside the flute (4) of the next profile (1) and according to the orientation of this last.
