Abstract

The invention relates to a stable orally-administrated pharmaceutical composition of solid dosing form comprising a theurapeutically efficient quantity of glyconic iron, ascorbic acid and an effervescent system for the treatment and/or the prevention of iron deficiency anemia in humans; a preparation method by liquid granulation is also presented therein.
