Abstract

Novelty: a door and window glass pane sash characterised by invisible construction aluminium profile on both sash faces. Constitution: the special profile 1 (a silicon salts bearer) having the general form of a rectangular parallelogram 3 serving for the construction of the frame adapted between the glass panes (10a, 10b) whereto said frame is adhered through butyl adhesive strips 13 adapted to the distal surfaces of the profile 1 and via glue layer 4 into wich the profile 1 is dipped between the border walls defined by the internal and external glass pane (10a, 10b). Before being closed up with the fourth sheet profile, the Π-like sheet profile 5 is slidely inserted into the perimeter of the glass pane-bearing frame profile 1. The surface of the foregoing sheet profile 5, which surface faces the interior of the frame created by the sheet frame 5, is substantially planar and free of conventional rib extensions (wing and/or lath serving for holding the glass panes in position); positions for perimetric glue injection ensuring the gluing of the sheet profile 5 on the glass panes are also provided. Purpose: to improve the heat permeability coefficient and the sound insulation efficiency of a sash characterised by absolute aesthetic perfection.
