Abstract

The internal part of the invented adjustable manhole can be modified in order to be on a level with the changed new asphalt level according to the following stages: a) incorporation of the cap during the casting process for forming with the manhole a united body composed of two parts (the calked external part and the internal part with the incorporated cap seated on the recess of the external part); b) the recess formed by suitable fitting of the integral cap is filled up with asphalt for forming a unified asphalt surface; c) the cap (flange) in the recess is independent and seated on a seat constructed on the inner wall of the manhole's internal part.
