Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε αντισεισμικό μεταλλικό μηχανισμό κόμβου-δοκών οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος που επιβάλλει την ανάπτυξη "πλαστικών" αρθρώσεων στις δοκούς για ισχυρές σεισμικές διεγέρσεις. Ο μηχανισμός αυτός τοποθετείται εντός των κόμβων (δοκών και υποστυλωμάτων) και προεκτείνεται μέσα στις δοκούς, εντός της μάζας του σκυροδέματος. Τοποθετείται παράλληλα με την τοποθέτηση των οπλισμών και μετά ακολουθεί η έγχυση του νωπού σκυροδέματος. Σε συνδυασμό με τους οπλισμούς της δοκού, ο μηχανισμός εξασφαλίζει λειτουργία "πλαστικής άρθρωσης" στα άκρα των δοκών, πλήρως ελεγχόμενης υπολογιστικά, εξασφαλίζοντας την αποφυγή κατάρρευσης της κατασκευής, για τον μέγιστο δυνατό σεισμό, επιτρέποντας την ανάπτυξη μικρών βλαβών (εύκολα επισκευάσιμων) στα άκρα των δοκών για επιθυμητό επίπεδο σεισμού. Η εφεύρεση αυτή επιλύει πλήρως το αντισεισμικό πρόβλημα των κατασκευών και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί άμεσα από τις Χαλυβουργίες ως ένα νέο, καινοτόμο αντισεισμικό προϊόν δόμησης, κατάλληλο για όλες τις νέες κατασκευές οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος, παρουσιάζοντας πραγματικά μικρό κόστος για τον κύριο της κατασκευής.
