Abstract
Ο σκοπός της παρούσας εφεύρεσης αναφέρεται αρχικά στην ακινητοποίηση λιπιδικών υποστρωμάτων, που περιέχουν μία φθορίζουσα ομάδα στο μόριό τους, και ακολούθως στη μελέτη των μορίων αυτών με σκοπό την ανίχνευση και τον φθορισμομετρικό προσδιορισμό Φωσφολιπάσης Α2 σε βιολογικά δείγματα. Ειδικότερα, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στην ακινητοποίηση υποστρωμάτων, που περιέχουν την 7-νιτρο-2-1,3-βενζοξοδιαζολο-4-υλο φθορίζουσα ομάδα στο μόριό τους, σε αδρανές υλικό και εν συνεχεία στη χρήση των ακινητοποιημένων αυτών υποστρωμάτων για τον φθορισμομετρικό προσδιορισμό ενεργότητας Φωσφολιπάσης Α2 σε βιολογικά δείγματα.
