Abstract

The invention relates to a steady pharmaceutical composition containing repaglinide and two, at least, water insoluble dissolving means as well as to a method applied for the preparation of this composition in which the drastic substance has D90 size particles of almost 50μm ensuring the desired dissolving degree of the drastic substance.
