Abstract

Διπλή κατσαρόλα μαγειρικής, η οποία αποτελείται από ένα εξωτερικό δακτυλιοειδές σκεύος (1) με το δακτυλιοειδές καπάκι του (2), ένα εσωτερικό κυλινδρικό σκεύος (3) και το καπάκι του, κανονικού σχήματος (4). Τα σκεύη είναι ομόκεντρα και αποσπώμενα και ο διαχωρισμός αυτός μας επιτρέπει, την ταυτόχρονη παρασκευή δυο φαγητών, με τη χρήση μιας εστίας της κουζίνας, χωρίς ωστόσο η παρασκευή του ενός να επηρεάζει την παρασκευή του άλλου. Η απομάκρυνση του εσωτερικού κυλινδρικού σκεύους από την εστία γίνεται με την χρήση των τριών προεξοχών (5) του καπακιού (4) που εφαρμόζουν στις τρεις εγκοπές (6) του εσωτερικού κυλινδρικού σκεύους (3). Τα τρία "δόντια" (7) του εσωτερικού κυλινδρικού σκεύους (3) εφαρμόζουν στις τρεις κλιμακωτές διαμορφώσεις (8) που βρίσκονται στο τοίχωμα του εξωτερικού δακτυλιοειδούς σκεύους (1) και μας επιτρέπουν μέσω των "σκαλιών" (9) που διαθέτουν τον έλεγχο της απόστασης του εσωτερικού κυλινδρικού σκεύους (3) από την εστία, για την καλύτερη προετοιμασία του φαγητού.
