Abstract

Novelty: Machine designed for the deployment of a plastic film roll being characterised by one-side printing and destined for use in the automatic package of insulating extruded polystyrene boards (XPS) and/or expanded polystyrene (EPS) or of other industrial products coming in the form of boards. Constitution: The film in question bears an outer face (5a) printed with the manufacturer's data and/or the production date of the packaged products, and a second face (5b). The machine comprises a pair of successive triangles (3, 4) from which the first triangle (3) serves for the deployment of the overlapped half-width film (5) (its real width being of the order of 2.40 to 3.60 m), and the second triangle (4) for the overlapping of the deployed full-width film (overlapping ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 m) so that the film may have the face (5b) as its outer face and the printed face (5a) as its inner one. Technical features: Said film is characterised in that it comes in the form of a roll, in an extremely large range of width (from 2.40 to 3.60 m), and in that it can be overlapped by half its real width (from 1.20 to 1.80 m).
