Abstract

It is disclosed a pharmaceutical effervescent composition suitable for oral administration and having the form of an effervescent tablet containing a constant combination of 450 mg paracetamol and 35 mg citric orphenadrine suitable for the treatment of painful situations due to arthritic and/or muscle and skeleton troubles. The specific feature of said effervescent composition is that it also has for excipients glycine and Isomalt.
