Αποτελείται από το κυρίως σώμα (1) και το έμβολο (2). Το κυρίως σώμα χαρακτηρίζεται από ένα ωτίο (3), στο οποίο υπάρχει μια οπή (4). Το έμβολο χαρακτηρίζεται από το ωτίο (5) το οποίο στρίβει κατά 90 μοίρες, περνάει από την οπή (4) και καταλήγει στην κοιλότητα (6), στην οποία εφάπτεται ο δείκτης του χεριού κατά την χρήση. Ο χρήστης μπορεί κατά τη διάρκεια της αιμοληψίας να έχει το ένα χέρι ελεύθεροπρος χρήση και βοήθεια όπως κρίνει. Ήδη αναφέρθηκαν δυο σημαντικές χρήσεις.
