Abstract

Μια με ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά αναβράζουσα φαρμακευτική σύνθεση με τη μορφή δισκίου, που περιέχει θεραπευτικές δόσεις Υδροχλωρικής Μετφορμίνης για στοματική χορήγηση, στη θεραπεία της υπεργλυκαιμίας. Η αναβράζουσα σύνθεση της παρούσας εφεύρεσης περιέχει εκτός των συμβατικών εκδόχων επιλεκτικά την Δισακχαρική αλκοόλη (Isomalt) και το αμινοξύ Γλυκίνη, έκδοχα που διασφαλίζουν τη σταθερότητα, την ικανοποιητικά χρονικώς αποδεκτή διαλυτοποίηση του δισκίου και την εξαίρετη γεύση του διαλύματος που προκύπτει.
