Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε ένα υβριδικό μαγειρείο το οποίο χρησιμοποιεί μόνο την ηλιακή και την αιολική ενέργεια για το μαγείρεμα φαγητών. Αποτελείται από ένα μαγειρείο τύπου κουτιού (1), ένα φωτοβολταίκό πλαίσιο (3), μία μικρή ανεμογεννήτρια (4), ένα συσσωρευτή (2), και ένα ελεγκτή της φόρτισης και της αποφόρτισης του συσσωρευτή (5). Μέχρι σήμερα τα προταθέντα ηλιακά μαγειρεία χρησιμοποιούν μόνο την ηλιακή ενέργεια (ηλιοθερμική και φωτοβολταϊκή) για την επίτευξη υψηλών θερμοκρασιών και το μαγείρεμα διαφόρων φαγητών. Η προτεινόμενη εφεύρεση συνδυάζει έκτος από την ηλιακή ενέργεια, και την αιολική με τη χρήση μικρών ανεμογεννητριών για τη παραγωγή ηλεκτρισμού, έτσι που συνδυαστικά επιτυγχάνονται οι απαραίτητες θερμοκρασίες για το μαγείρεμα των φαγητών. Η διαφοροποίησή της με τα υπάρχοντα ή τα προταθέντα συστήματα, έγκειται στο γεγονός της χρήσης και της αιολικής ενέργειας παράλληλα με την ηλιακή για το μαγείρεμα διαφόρων φαγητών. Η χρήση της παρούσας εφεύρεσης, αφορά διάφορες περιπτώσεις όπου η χρήση ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας έκτος της βιομάζας (ξύλου), ενδείκνυται ή επιδιώκεται, έναντι της χρήσης συμβατικών πηγών ενέργειας για το μαγείρεμα διαφόρων φαγητών. Ενδείκνυται επίσης για τη χρήση ατόμων με ιδιαίτερες οικολογικές ευαισθησίες, τα οποία θέλουν να ελαχιστοποιήσουν τη χρήση συμβατικών καυσίμων στις καθημερινές τους δραστηριότητες, προτιμώντας τη χρήση Α.Π.Ε.
