Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε θερμοηχομονωτικές διατομές αλουμινίου κατάλληλες για χρήση περιμετρικού μηχανισμού πολλαπλού κλειδώματος, οι οποίες προσφέρουν ποιοτικότερη συναρμογή, αποτελεσματικότερη στεγάνωση και καλύτερη κατανομή του βάρους τους. Αυτά επιτυγχάνονται με τη δημιουργία ενός προφίλ το οποίο διαθέτει άξονα 13 mm με αποτέλεσμα να μεταφέρεται το κέντρο βάρους πιο κοντά στο κέντρο της συναρμογής. Επιπλέον το πάτημα της κάσας του προφίλ είναι μεγαλύτερο και σε συνδυασμό με το καπάκι από πλαστικό PVC (8), στο οποίο εγκιβωτίζεται το προφίλ, και τα λάστιχα στεγάνωσης (9) και τις ελαστικές σφήνες συγκράτησης (2) επιτυγχάνεται η μέγιστη δυνατή στεγανοποίηση. Τέλος η διατομή διαθέτει τμήματα πολυαμιδίου (11), τα οποία διασφαλίζουν τη παροχή των θερμοηχομονωτικών ιδιοτήτων τους σε ολόκληρο το προφίλ.
