Constitution: new-generation portable or stationary, smart or simple trees, sun-screening anti-pollutant (or not) greenery, flowers, bushes, climbing vines, green sound-insulating curtains; new-technology & high-security equipment (see figures 1 to 7); support of the roof, incessant operation and development of greenery and trees. Purpose: conversion of concrete cities into healthy forest cities; correction of the regional and worldwide climate; active participation to the green development promotion; economical profit for individuals, enterprises and national economy; health protection from noxious gases, visible or invisible pollutants, diseases, precarious deaths, dyspnoea and suffocation; increase of the green coefficient per inhabitant.
