Abstract

Η Στράντζα κάμψης δομικού πλέγματος, με διπλή κεφαλή κάμψης, αποτελείται από το μεταλλικό σκελετό (1) στον οποίο συναρμολογούνται τα διπλά σταθερά εξαρτήματα κάμψης (6) το μέγεθος των οποίων είναι ανάλογο του μεγέθους της διαμέτρου των βεργών του δομικού πλέγματος (10). Διαθέτει δύο ακτινικά μετακινούμενες κεφαλές κάμψης (3) οι οποίες μπορούν να κάμπτουν το πλέγμα ταυτόχρονα ή και εναλλάξ. Η κίνηση στις κεφαλές κάμψης (3) δίνεται μέσω υδραυλικών εμβόλων (12) τα οποία είναι τέσσερα ή περισσότερα και κατανέμονται κατά μήκος της κάθε μπάρας κάμψης (3), διαθέτει μηχανισμούς (14) και ράουλα διαμόρφωσης (4) ή εναλλακτικά τοποθετούνται κυλινδρικά εξαρτήματα κάμψης (15) για την υπό γωνία κάμψη του πλέγματος και μηχανισμούς για την συγκράτηση και εξόλκευση (8) του πλέγματος (10) από τα εξαρτήματακάμψης (6). Οι εντολές δίνονται από ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή μέσω αισθητηρίων ή με μηχανικές ρυθμίσεις. Η Στράντζα συνεργάζεται με πάγκους τοποθέτησης του πλέγματος που μπορεί να έχουν απλή ή πιο σύνθετη μορφή.
