Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια μέθοδο και ένα συγκρότημα επεξεργασίας και αξιοποίησης της λυματολάσπης, η οποία εξέρχεται απ ευθείας από τους βιολογικούς καθαρισμούς, ώστε να εξαλειφθεί το ποσοστό της τελικής διάθεσης. Η λυματολάσπη εξέρχεται από το συγκρότημα με ποσοστό υγρασίας που μπορεί να ποικίλει, και είναι κατάλληλη για την παρασκευή λιπασμάτων, φυτοχωμάτων, καύσιμης ύλης σε υψικαμίνους, κλπ. καθώς και για την χρήση στην παραγωγή ρεύματος. Το συγκρότημα είναι συνεχόμενης λειτουργίας και αποτελείται από ταινιόδρομους εισαγωγής (1),ταινιόδρομους συλλογής (3) λυματολάσπης, από έναν τουλάχιστον πύργο επεξεργασίας (2), ο οποίος αποτελείται από τρία τουλάχιστον κοντέινερ, τα οποία τοποθετούνται το ένα πάνω στο άλλο, όπου το κατώτεροκοντέινερ περιλαμβάνει μια διάταξη θερμογόνων πηγών (8),το μεσαίο κοντέινερ έναν θάλαμο επεξεργασίαςκαι ξήρανσης (9) λυματολάσπης και το ανώτερο κοντέινερ μια διάταξη (10) φιλτραρίσματος των αέριων ρύπων. Η επεξεργασμένη λυματολάσπη οδηγείται είτε σε σημεία μαζικής συλλογής (φορτηγά), είτε σε κατάλληλη μονάδα ενθυλάκωσης προς ασφαλή συσκευασία αυτής.
