Abstract

The automatic hot-bagel sale machine is an automatic sale machine that provides hot bagels to clients. The main parts of the machine are a cooling zone, a baking zone and delivery zone. The operations of the machine are automatic and controlled by a central computer. The bagels are stored in the cooling zone at 2-4oC. When a client orders one or more bagels from the machine, these are automatically transferred from the cooling zone to the baking zone, and then are delivered to the client via the delivery zone.
