Abstract

There are provided two wooden wine barrels containing each a stainless container. Between barrel and stainless container fits an insulating material reducing the temperature loss. At the front part of each barrel, there is located a wine level indicator. An adequate wooden stand is provided to support the barrels, the refrigeration unit, and the digital instruments destined for the regulation and supervision of the wine temperature of each barrel, independently.
