Abstract

The disclosed herein portable diagnostic device used for diagnosing the technical condition of a hydraulic system is composed of two flexible pipes with quick-type joints 2, a pressure gauge 3, a pressure regulator 4, a thermometer 5, a hydraulic motor 6, a revs sensor 7 and a digital counter 8. Connected via quick-type joints to the hydraulic system, said diagnostic device measures the basic technical parameters of the system (hydraulic fluid supply, pressure and temperature). Finally, from the difference between the real and theoretical supply there is calculated the loss of the hydraulic power, what is the most important diagnostic signal helping the user to reach safe conclusions about the technical condition of the hydraulic system inuse.
