Abstract

It is a method and the associated apparatus (1) that can be inserted in series to any water pipe outlet. The apparatus momentarily interrupts the flow fo the water in the pipe after a certain volume of water is exceeded, allowing the user to measure the quantity of water used for example when taking a bath. The purpose of this indication is to make the user aware of the consumption and maybe persuade him/her to limit the excessive on unnecessary use of water. The present invention be used either in stand alone version or with the Waterfuse (GR pat 1004852, 4/12/2005) an apparatus used to limit the uncontrollable.
