Abstract

εριγράφονται προτάσεις για την ενίσχυση της ασφάλειας σε ασύρματους σταθμούς ενός τοπικού δικτύου (LAN). Oι προτάσεις περιλαμβάνουν τη χρήση έξυνπης κάρτας για την αποθήκευση ευαίσθητων δεδομένων σε ασύρματο σταθμό που έχει πρόσβαση σε κεντρικό υπολογιστή ενός ασύρματου τοπικού δικτύου (WLAN). Περιλαμβάνεται ακόμη η ύπαρξη διεπαφής κρυπτογραφικού κουπονιού στον κεντρικό υπολογιστή για την εκτέλεση κρυπτογραφικών λειτουργιών με τα ευαίσθητα δεδομένα που προέρχονται από τον ασύρματο σταθμό.
