Abstract
he invention relates to a smart, integral management fish nutrition controller meant for use in fish farming plants. It is composed of a high-power air transferring compressor, food measuring elements in each silo, a rotary cage selector, air transport pipes, a MACQU (Management and Control for Quality) controller and a pc program for the programming of this last. The system comprises sensors (magnetic pick up) monitoring the operation of the whole installation. The embodiment of said system consists in creating all computed intermediate data which will permit the smart feeding management and, thereby, the continual backing up of 'good feeding practices', in the following manner: 1) use of virtual variables for the realization of calculation models at the controller's level; 2) unlimited number of silos (the typical system has up to 6 silos) with self-adjusted feeding speed; 3) 1) use of virtual variables for the realization of calculation models at the controller's level, on the basis of measurements of the environmental temperature, oxygen, pH, BOD; 4) unlimited number of cages provided with a rotary multiplexer 5) accurate regulation of the fish nutrition on the basisof the fish appetite, via hydrophonic and bubble sensors (see FAM: Fish Activity Monitor) and adaptation of the menu to the growth and timing dictated by the production targets and the environmentalprotection.
