Abstract
υτή η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια μέθοδο για τουλάχιστον έναν αβιοτικό παράγοντα/ες και τα αποτελέσματά της σε φυτά, η μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει (α) τοποθέτηση ενός μέσου (π.χ. μέσο ανάπτυξης φυτών, στερεό ή υγρό) και ενός φυτικού υλικού (π.χ. ένας σπόρος, ή καλλιέργεια κυττάρων) σε επαφή και μέσα σε δοχείο (β) που διατηρεί τα δείματα φυτών στο δοχείο κάτω από δυσμενείς (ή ακραίες) συνθήκες αύξησης (π.χ. χαμηλή θερμοκρασία, υψηλή αλατότητα στο μέσο αύξησης), οι οποίες οδηγούν στην επιβίωση τουλάχιστον ενός δείγματος φυτών, (γ) αξιολογώντας την προκύπτουσα ευαισθησία ή την ανεκτικότητα των δοκιμασμένων δειγμάτων φυτών στην αβιοτική καταπόνηση (εις) που εφαρμόζεται. Η μέθοδος της παρούσας εφεύρεσης περιλαμβάνει περαιτέρω τη μέθοδο που περιγράφεται ανωτέρω όπου το δοχείο είναι ένα μικροτρυβλίο (π.χ. μικροτρυβλίο 96 θέσεων). Η μέθοδος της παρούσας εφεύρεσης περιλαμβάνει περαιτέρω τη μέθοδο που περιγράφεται ανωτέρω όπου τα φυτικά δείγματα είναι σπόροι και η σπορά στο μικροτρυβίο εκτελείται χειρονακτικά πάνω από το μικροτρυβλίο. Η μέθοδος της παρούσας εφεύρεσης περιλαμβάνει περαιτέρω τη χρήση ρομπότ για το χειρισμό των μικροτρυβλίων. ΰ
