Abstract

The invention relates to the point at which the plastic button of the electric toaster-grill is attached and to the incorporation therein of an indicator lamp (Fig. 2). The button is used to actuate the electric power supply switch, while the indicator lamp provides the corresponding visual indication. On the button is formed a ring (Fig. 1/No. 5) around its outside diameter. This results in a significant reduction of the production cost and maintenance of the mould for the button, ease of disconnection and greater fatigue resistance. The inside diameter is chosen appropriately (Fig. 1/No. 6) to receive as an attachment a sheathed cable (metallic extension) that connects directly to the thermostat of the device (Fig. 2/No. 3). The said metallic extension enables adjustment of the thermostat. The absence of any anchorings (Fig. 1/No. 2) allows an indicator lamp (Fig. 2/No. 2) to be positioned parallel to the outside diameter and along its length, directed towards the area of the inside of the shell of the button (Fig. 1/No. 7). Thus, the button lights up while the device is in operation.
