Abstract
Πολυκέφαλος μηχανισμός και τρόπος αυτόματης κοπής και πολύ ακριβής ραφής στις κινήσεις κόβει, ξεσέρνει και ράβει την γούνα. Με τον παρακάτω μηχανισμό και τρόπο αυτόματης κοπής και ραφής η όλη εργασία γίνεται σε έξι (6) διαφορετικές φάσεις σχήμα 1, σχ.2, σχ.3, σχ.4, σχ.5 και σχ.6. Οι φάσεις είναι οι εξής: Στην πρώτη φάση σχήμα (1), ακινητοποιείται το σύστημα συγκράτησης και επεξεργασίας του δέρματος της γούνας με τον γάντζο (9) με τη βοήθεια του ηλεκτρομαγνήτη (10). Τοποθετείται το δέρμα αφού σηκωθούν οι πλάκες (3) και (4) και σφίγγεται μεταξύ πλάκας (4) και (16) και πάγκου (5) και (17). Ακινητοποιείται απολύτως με τη βελονοφόρο πλάκα (3). Τα σφιξίματα γίνονται με την βοήθεια του ηλεκτρομαγνήτη (1) και του ελάσματος (2). Στη δεύτερη φάση σχήμα (2) το σύστημα περνά από τη λάμα (11) η οποία ανασηκώνει την γούνα μεταξύ των πλακών (4) και (16). Στην τρίτη φάση σχήμα (3) το σύστημα περνά κάτω από το μαχαίρι (12) και κόβεται η αναδιπλωμένη γούνα. Στην τέταρτη φάση σχήμα (4) το σύστημα σταματά επάνω στους γάντζους (13) και (14) με ελεγχόμενη διαφορά, στο σταμάτημα, τόση όση επιθυμούμε για το ξέσυρμα της γούνας. Οι γάντζοι κινούνται με τον ηλεκτρομαγνήτη (15). Στην πέμπτη φάση σχήμα (5) η ράβδος (18) πιέζει την πλάκα (λέπι) (7) προς την πλευρά του πάγκου (16) και (17). Στην έκτη φάση σχήμα (6) το σύστημα περνά κάτω από την ραπτο- μηχανή (19).
