Abstract
Το όργανο αποτελείται από τη βάση στηρίξεως (17) με τρεις τροχαλίες (18, 19) από όπου περνούν τα ειδικά σχοινιά (5) και καταλήγουν στις χειρολαβές (24, 25), στους ιμάντες μέσης, πλάτης, αυχένα, ποδιών, και χεριών (12, 15, 16.8.8). Το ελατήριο (21, 22) στέλεχος του οργάνου, που περιλαμβάνει δύο λαβές (20,20) και έξι ελατήρια και τοποθετείται επάνω στη βάση (17) για την έλξη οργάνου για κοιλιακούς, δυνάμωμα, σύσφιξη σώματος και στήθους.
