Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση με τον τίτλο "Τεχνικές στεγανοποίησης μπαταριών" αναφέρεται σε τεχνικές στεγανοποίησης των μεταλλικών ή εκ γραφίτου αγωγών που διέρχονται από το κέλυφος και ενώνουν ηλεκτρικά τα εσωτερικά στοιχεία της μπαταρίας με τα εξωτερικά (τερματικά ηλεκτρόδια). Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μπαταρίες παντός τύπου και χρήσης με μόνο τον περιορισμό να έχουν το κύριο κέλυφος από πλαστικό. Προτείνονται τρεις τεχνικές. Στην πρώτη γίνεται χρήση κολλάρου ή δίσκου από οργανική ουσία με ελαστικές ιδιότητες που πιέζεται ανάμεσα στα τοιχώματα της οπής του κελύφους και τον διερχόμενο αγωγό (Σχ.1 και 2). Στην δεύτερη ο μεταλλικός αγωγός πριν τη δίοδο από το κέλυφος (από το εσωτερικό μέρος της μπαταρίας) παίρνει τη μορφή δίσκου που επικολλάται στο εσωτερικό τοίχωμα της μπαταρίας (Σχ. 4α και 4β) Στην τρίτη γίνεται ισχυρή συγκόλληση της κεφαλής του διερχόμενου μεταλλικού αγωγού (συνισταμένου εκ μολύβδου ή κράματος αυτού) στην εξωτερική επιφάνεια του κελύφους που είναι καλυμένη με φύλλο χαλκού. Εσωτερικά στα χείλη της οπής του κελύφους και σε μια έκταση γύρω από αυτά υπάρχει γράσσο προστατευόμενο σε ειδική θήκη (Σχ.3). ωThe present invention entitled "Battery sealing techniques" refers to techniques for sealing the metal or graphite conductors that pass through the shell and electrically connect the internal elements of the battery to the external (terminal electrodes). The invention refers to batteries of all types and uses with the only limitation that they have the main shell made of plastic. Three techniques are suggested. In the first, a collar or disc made of an organic substance with elastic properties is used, which is pressed between the walls of the shell hole and the passing duct (Fig. 1 and 2). In the second, the metal conductor before the passage from the shell (from the inside of the battery) takes the form of a disk that is glued to the internal wall of the battery (Fig. 4a and 4b). In the third, the head of the passing metal conductor (consisting of of lead or its alloy) on the outer surface of the shell which is covered with copper foil. Inside the edges of the shell hole and in an area around them there is grease protected in a special case (Fig. 3). oh
