Abstract

A device comprises an accumulator battery 1, a switch 2, diodes 3.1-3.n, great capacity gang capacitors 4.1-4.n, optical couplers 5.1-5.n, electronic switches 6.1-6.n, multi-output pulse generator 7 and button switch 8. The circuit of charge of gang capacitors from the accumulator batteries are made by means of the diodes. The pulse generator is made with capability of alternate output of pulses on its terminals. The pulses are fed to the control inputs of the electronic switches, the outputs of which are switched to the control inputs of the optical couplers. The charged gang capacitors through the output circuits of the optical couplers are in turn discharged to the direct current motor.
