Abstract
1. Technical Result Modification of normally transcriptionally “silent” genes expression, as well as of any other endogenic gene in genome of eucariotic cell line. 2. Essence There has been elaborated: DNA construct, which defines the gene transcription induction. The construct contains a homologous chain of transcriptionally “silent” gene. It can also contain a chain of any other endogenic gene. By applying the homologous recombination said construct is inserted in the genome of eucariotic cell line so as to be operatively linked with the “silent” gene or with another endogenic gene. There are obtained eucariotic cell lines containing the construct. 3. Field of Application Biotechnology, gene engineering. Figures: 15
