Abstract

1. Technical result Creation of novel, more active and less toxic agents of this class. 2. Essence N,N-dimethyl-2-[5-(2-oxo-1,3-oxazolidin-4-yl- methyl)-1H-indol-3-yl)ethylamine is deleted. Indole derivatives of formula I are useful in prophylaxis of clinical states for which administration of "5-HT1- like receptor agonist is recommended. Also described are method of preparation thereof, drug based on indole derivatives of formula I and method of preparing drug; EFFECT: improved properties of the drug and more efficient preparation method thereof 3. Field of Application Medicine, pharmacology.
