Abstract
989,846. Casting resin insulation. LICENTIA PATENT - VERWALTUNGS - G.m.b.H. Feb. 12, 1962, No. 5289/62. Heading B5A. In an improved method of insulating an electric conductor by casting a liquid resin about the conductor, the conductor is heated by an electric current which raises the temperature of the resin next to the conductor to a higher degree than the temperature of the outer surface of the resin, and thus prevents any voids being formed in the insulation.
